FALCON |
FALCON aims to provide NRAs with a clearly written handbook explaining the principles of freight markets, logistics strategies, and how multimodal transport works and can be influenced. The second objective is to develop smart infrastructure access policy (SIAP) for current and future road freight vehicles ensuring proper fit between the vehicle and the infrastructure network.

The overall objective of the ECOCHAMPS project is to achieve efficient, compact, low weight, robust and cost effective hybrid powertrains for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles (buses, medium duty and heavy duty trucks) with increased functionality, improved performance, comfort, functional safety and emission levels below Euro 6 or VI.
The overall objective of the TRANSFORMERS project is to develop and demonstrate innovative and energy efficient trucks and load carriers. This is meant for long distance transport assignments with an improved load efficiency leading to an overall 25% less energy consumption on a t.km basis and a lower impact on the road infrastructure.
Aim is to develop urban buses and delivery vehicles with advanced second generation of energy efficient hybrid electric power trains, including electric auxiliaries
CORE is a European founded project with the main objective to demonstrate a substantial reduction of CO2 emissions through improved powertrain efficiency with technologies having the potential to be implemented in production around 2020.
The objective of CONVENIENT is to achieve complete vehicle energy management by proposing highly innovative solutions for improved efficiency and enhanced integration of components (currently designed independently) which will be developed, integrated and evaluated directly on validator vehicles.
Smart, Green and Integrated Transport This Challenge aims to boost the competitiveness of the European transport industries and achieve a European transport system that is resource-efficient, climate-and-environmentally-friendly, safe and seamless for the benefit of all citizens, the economy and society.
